As to the interpreter, it makes some sense. If you don't speak any Danish, how will you understand the instructions they give you? The interpreter won't be allowed to help with the test, but at least they will be able to tell you the rules and how to take the test.

It was similar, here in Germany. Don't forget, it isn't only English speaking people who want to learn Danish, or in my case German. It might be, that they can speak some English in the school, but for most other cultures there probably won't be anybody who can speak their language.

And, if they courses are anything like my German courses, they will be conducted in 100% Danish and the course books will be 100% Danish as well. That means that the first few weeks will be hard work, until you get the basics down.

I agree with D on this I had to pay for my first course to and it was damn hard , after that watch the local news they seem to pronounce everything properly

I'm certainly very happy with the funding. It just seemed odd suggesting an interpreter for a language school interview.

Local news is certainly a good place to learn things correctly. The gf was worried about which area we'll be living in as certain dialects sound odd. I'm sure that's the same the world over, I wouldn't have wanted her to learn english in Birmingham.

I would assume it's a lot easier (and cheaper) for the school to say the potential student can bring an interpreter rather than them having to be able to speak the many possible different languages the students might speak.

This widely implemented. As of 2009, the majority of domains specify an SPF policy... except apparently those with 1and1.

Trousers! I hate them, well trying to buy them!

With most things, I can fairly easily narrow down what I am looking for. If I am buying shoes, I zero in on the size 46 rack and see what is comfortable.

With trousers, I have:
40" Brax Blue which are comfortable
40" Webstbury Comfort
44" Westbury Straight
42" Jinglers Straight

Yet:
42" Levis are so large, that I can put them on without opening them and I can fit both, balled fists inside the waistband, when I am wearing them.

56" Clockhouse trousers are so tight, I can't even get them halfway up my thigh!
