A 9v PP3 battery contains 6 AAAA cells that are very similar in size to AAA cells. Maybe useful if a remote dies.

The Italian word for a cardigan is 'golf'. Somehow strangely appropriate.

That if you intend to go to 'wikipedia' and type 'wipipedia' by mistake, you get sent to somewhere you might not immediately expect  .

(note - note exactly NSFW but it might lead to people looking at you qquite differently if they're there when you open it).

CLICKY
I always though it was to save money on the extra fuel required for the air con on smoking flights.

I've seen that quoted by someone else, Carl Sagan's tutor for instance, it's similar to:

The ash of stellar alchemy was now emerging into consciousness. At an ever-accelerating pace, it invented writing, cities, art and science, and sent spaceships to the planets and the stars. These are some of the things that hydrogen atoms do, given fifteen billion years of cosmic evolution. - Carl Sagan

That Lockhead Martin are involved in the 2011 UK Census data collection but, it's ok, our data won't be passed on to any US firms. WTF!?!?
