Next time you make a spag bol try a bit of dried chilly in it - lovely and warming for these cold days! :)

Not a massive fan of spag bol, so I'd probably have a chilli instead anyway!

Making a quiche tonight - chicken, ham and leek. Belly rumbling already at the thought!

You can't beat lard and butter for quality shortcrust.

Not a massive fan of most pasta with sauces. It's not the pasta as I love ravioli and lasagne, it's the ratio of pasta to sauce. Actually, scratch that. Think I can explain it better – no, I don't really like pasta, however in ravioli and lasagne, there is more other food to balance it out.

Yeah, right!

I fancied a quiche tonight too, but with my wife on a diet, that's out of the question. Gonna see what's in the veg box and make something out of that!

I haven't been cooking much recently, but I did make a tasty chicken and pasta bake last night. Quick, simple and fairly healthy.

I'll be having the leftovers tonight, and probably tomorrow...

I've only ever done it with a chicken so far, but if required I wouldn't have any problems doing it with other animals at all.
