I'll have a look, just out of curiousity, I don't see me posting there though, this is the place to be... it's a shame that my office setup sees this site as webmail and blocks it. It's nice to be able to to browse when you have a minute, and when we were all on Dennis, I was lurking all day. Can't do that now. Might buy myself an Eeeeeeeeeeee note web book thingy...

Hiya ardubbleyu, I didn't see you sneak over. Had a look today but it still doesn't seem to be up and running. Why does that not surprise me?

Still no sign...?
I wonder what's going on?!
I thought Barry said that they were ready to flick the switch on Friday but didn't want to do it on the bank holiday weekend.
Looks like they weren't as ready as he thought.

+1 And I still can't see me spending as much time over there as I used to, no matter what they do to it

I wonder if perhaps they forgot to let the Electric company know they'd need to turn the lights back on??

No change there then. Although I did quite like the previous 'quirks' in an odd kind of way. What's broken, now, then?

Got this e-mail today from CPC:- Dear Subscriber,
As many of you may already know, Dennis Publishing (which owns Custom PC and its associated website) bought the UK tech site Bit-Tech last year. With such a large amount of crossover between the two publications' subject matter, we've decided that it would make much more sense to focus our online efforts on Bit-Tech, instead of the original Custom PC website.
As such, the forums on the original website have now been closed, and we'd very much like to invite you to join the forums at Bit-Tech, where you'll find a much larger Web community, as well as new sections for discussing Custom PC magazine and our folding team. You'll also find loads of new articles and stories on Bit-Tech, with plenty of input from the Custom PC staff.
Don't worry - Custom PC the magazine is very much alive and well, and we hope to make it even better with the input of Bit-Tech's talented staff. With both a high-quality magazine, and a high-quality (and much larger) website, we hope that both Custom PC and Bit-Tech will continue to bring you well-written, informative and in-depth coverage of PC hardware and technology in both print and on the Web. For more information, read this message from Custom PC's editor Alex Watson, and we hope to see you on Bit-Tech. Looks like the end I do have a couple of points to raise though... firstly, no way Bitch-Tech is bigger than CPC (or the combined forums) and, as we know from X404, bigger is not always better Secondly, I'm not worried Al

Wow, So they're not going to bring it back at all? *Pout* I wanted to see if they'd cleaned up the swearing threads. Good job we didn't hang around waiting eh? Well Done Our Sas

They are not bringing back the CPC side.
This has eben said from the start.
However, the PCP, PCS, MU, etc... sides are going to come back but not connected anymore.
