Well normally I'd tap the missus up for something nice and expensive. Maybe that Tamron 17-50mm I've been after to replace my kit lens or a PS3. But, as I'm due to have a baby (well, technically she is due to have a baby) on boxing day I can see me getting nothing.

Stop your whinging man, you're getting a baby for Christmas! ;) :P

For what it's worth, I got the same present for my birthday, (8 years ago) and as far as I can make out there's no returns policy...

You should of gone to M&S for there no quibble returns policy

I'd like to get into photography, but even the basic SLRs are a couple of hundred atm (I may look into the second hand market and force the purple one to talk to my parents about it...)

If it'd been last year I could have sold you something. Sorry. I wouldn't mind the 24-70, but that's not going to happen. Hopefully a trip to France will be on the cards at some point over the festive period :)

Nothing, I have pretty much all I want. The only thing I'd like is a new iMac 27", but I'll have to get that myself... Probably after we've moved into the new house and I know what I have left over!

Actually, Santa is dressed in blue and white in most nations that have a Santa. ;)

A finished PhD thesis :?

Just finished spending money on my PC to play every game I have at full settings, I can't think of any other gadgets I need.

*moment of realisation*

Hey, perhaps the above two are linked? :o
