For that I get 10 copies of ultimate (+ unlimited keys for "development & testing"), server licences & access to the entire Microsoft back catalogue.
I get my money's worth.

Doesn't Technet get you a fair few keys for pretty much the entire catalogue.

For evaluation purposes, obviously.

2 or 3 I think

And Technet doesnt give you MSDN stuff like visual studio which is VERY expensive

VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY much.

Although it should be free and open source. :D

When MS [LIFTED] up the technet pilot thingy I think I managed to generate about seven keys for Vista Ultimate in the end. I only wanted one.

I'm not using now though, think that machine has been through endless reinstalls since.

Right, crunch time folks. It's just over a week until launch and my pre-order status at PCW says:

1 Microsoft Professional Full Version Windows 7 1 £99.99

So do we think I'm going to be getting a retail, boxed, full version of Windows which can be installed from scratch on a freshly formatted drive? Just wanna be sure at this stage, as Scan are offering Home Premium for £65. Did anyone else pre-order from PCW?
