That's cool! They wouldn't work for me though as it says ideally for medium to high arches. Mine are lower than low

Been doing my stretches and exercises today. My calves still feel like a rugby team has run over them.

I'm tempted to get some MBTs.

Hmm... very interesting.

My problems are caused by over pronation. I don't think I'm on my feet for enough of the day to benefit from the insoles and I'd rather stick to my exercises for now.

I'll definitely keep them in mind though.

They're designed to correct supination and pronation, holding the foot in a neutral position, I only know about them because Chris Townsend swears by them, and he knows what leg stress is all about
