A cheese-roll filled with chicken salad, plus a pot of quark with fresh strawberries.

Ikea hot dog? Is that some sort of flat-pack self assembly meal?

I wonder how easy the instructions were to follow? ;) :P

Tuna and sweetcorn rolls. Strawberry yoghurt and a chunky kitkat.

More of a "brunch", but today I had 3 rounds of sarnies comprising a variegated mixture of egg, cheese, tomato, red and spring onion, lo-cal mayonnaise, lettuce and cucumber.

Tomorrow I have similar but only 2 rounds without the cheese. I've also made a butter bean and yellow pepper salad with a mustard and balsamic dressing. I am trying to cut down on the stodge...
