Meeting s all day around London so will spend 1/2 that day travelling, 1/2 the day in meetings - hmmm when am I meant to get any work done

Afternoon all, Had my epidural steroid injection, for the sciatica, yesterday. Was in a great deal of pain last night, but woke up this morning, virtually pain free. It's like a blooming miracle! I even walked up the stairs at work, for the first time in many months. Don't know how long the effects will last, but today is all that counts, and today I am a very happy man!
