This day has dragged, but my lunch hour just seems to fly by...

Waiting for luggage is the pleasant bit. it's trying to get through boarder control that's the pain in my experience. Big chemists sell little bottles. Although this is late now as you're already there.

I always check in my wash bag. Saves hassle. And, yes American immigration sucks. Houston is terrible for that. Just three open desks for a terminal's worth of non Americans last time I went. It took ages to get through.

5 years ago I was making comments on Facebook about humans suffering and they put down animals. Also 'If he wants a gun let him have one' which I don't remember.
2 days later my Dad died in my arms

If we leave europe, does that mean no Eurovision Song Contest? Or no Euro 20XX football competitions? I suppose even if these things are the upsides, the downsides outweigh them.

Considering which countries turn up in the song contest, I wouldn't bet on that one.

Clearly not as important as other posts recently, but:
How much mobile data my phone has been using recently. It]s the second time this year I have gone over my allowance, and I’m getting O2 telling me that I’ll be charged per day - they want £1 for something like 40MB of data.
Looking at phone stats, it looks like FaceBook is consuming the most data - so I switched off mobile data for the time being. My phone has been silent - no notifications from any app, and my Watch now won’t show stuff like weather. Siri doesn’t work on it either. I had no idea that so much on an iPhone was tied to cellular data, even when it’s connected to my WiFi network.
I’ll probably want to change my plan, but I was expecting all data to route through WiFi when connected.
