Looking forward to this.
Civ Beyond Earth never really did it for me and since that came out Civ V seems to have been somewhat hobbled by crashes since they 'updated' it to interface with Beyond Earth.
So, fingers crossed that VI is a return to form. I wonder if they'll manage the same as their last few Civ games where they were made vastly better by the subsequent add-ons.

Allowing cities to spread beyond a single tile is something that Civ has been crying out for for a long time imho.
Wasn't Ghandi being a dick a bug in the original Civ? Something to do with a low aggression score getting lowered to below zero and effectively returning to to the very top of the aggression ladder?
