I remember last year I bought my sister a box of gluten free pancake mix (she's coeliac) that was American-branded. She didn't really like it so I ended up using it, and for about two months I had American style pancakes every weekend with golden syrup, nutella and some fruit. Delicious. Will try the traditional British variety this year.

I've only ever tried those premade ones found in the bakery section of supermarkets. Until I went to Vegas and tried their pancakes (with and without blueberries). Along with granola parfait, I loved it.
