Installing an insect zapper - not that I'd have to if my family could stop leaving doors and windows wide open for no reason.

I'm very short on patience at the moment and it seems like the world is conspiring to make me lose my temper. That hasn't happened since I was 12 so I'm really hoping I can get a break from things before it gets out of hand!

Sleep. I've just woken up to early to pick my boy up from school, but too late to make it into town first. My mind is wanting more sleep.

My boss has stood me up for a meeting. How long do I wait on the call before hanging up?

Got a text from Vodafone this afternoon. Apparently, the bad people who hacked them last week got my details. Yay! For those of you wondering how much fun can be had from having to change passwords and contact my bank fraud department, the answer is not a whole lot.

My Apple id was hacked. Password changed, new name, Kevan Nesselrotte. Lordy!! and a spurious email address too. Normally get sent notifications when changes are made. Not this time though. Bit of a concern. Obviously 2 step authentication is no more secure than password only.

It annoys me when people don't respect the 2 minutes silence at 11am.
Mostly the office was quiet but there were a few people talking.

I sent out a system wide message at a few seconds to eleven, inviting everyone to join us in the two minute silence. This was as well as the fire alarm being sounded to mark the beginning of the silence. Not a single voice was heard.
