Morning all.
Yay! My friend is coming down from Manchester this evening to stay at my house overnight becuase she's got a meeting 'round 'ere tomorrow morning. Going out for a meal and possibly a we detour to the pub tonight.
Shame it looks like it will be properly piddling down by the time she gets here.

Morning all. Renewing my rent agreement today. Wish I could get paid £60 for changining a date, printing a document and signing it. I hate letting agents.  Still, it's otherwise a lovely day outside so it's not all bad. Have a great day folks.
