'Alien vs Predator' Writer Responds to Sigourney Weaver http://bloody-disgusting.com/interviews ... exclusive/  He's right, her later Alien movies killed the franchise. And she made no secret of getting more money for them each time IIRC. I'd no idea they considered Arnie for Dredd or an AvP movie. He says he hated the Predators that came after his. Believe me, everything about the original link is wrong, so... Prometheus 2 starts shooting in January and I'd love to know if they're gonna ignore everything after Aliens! All the concept art suggests they are, and Alien 3 was pretty definitive about what happened to some of the characters and what age they were when it happened... I'd like Alien 3 to still be canon in an ideal world. It introduced the concept of the xenomorph taking on the characteristics of the host, and it's nowhere near as bad a film as often implied.
