Pining or Roles: Chris Pine Is Offered Parts In 'Wonder Woman' And 'Green Lantern'
http://sciencefiction.com/2015/07/07/pi ... n-lantern/

It really is hard to believe that WB/DC are anything but clueless.
That article seems to forget that Chris Pine is already in his own franchise.
It might all come down to time and availibility having to work other projects in to the schedule he already has planned out.
If he has the time to devote to a whole new set of films, then sure, got for Green Lantern, if not then perhaps as a non main character in Wonder Woman might be a better fit.
I don't see this as two films fighting for the same actor, rather the actor being given the choice of roles by a studio that clearly wants to work with the guy.

Ant-Man premiers in London tonight and Michael Douglas is in town so I guess he'll be there.

Looking at the cast this might be one superhero film I will want to see.

Yes Ernie I really did say that lol  :D

From what I gather it's more of a comedy, so you might enjoy it more than say Thor. But Iron Man is worth watching for the same reason, as is Guardians of the Galaxy.

There's nothing wrong with Predator 2.

Bar AvP 2, each of them had their moments even if they weren't stellar. Each built on what came before too.

Jurassic World director: "the trailer showed too much" | Den of Geek
http://www.denofgeek.com/movies/jurassi ... d-too-much

I said that at the time. The cinema trailer had nothing in context, it was just seemingly every dino attack the film had. It totally put me off the film and it felt like it was three minutes long.

The Genisys reveal was even dumber than Taken 3's death of a major character. You see trailers for Chris Nolan films and seriously doubt it's what he'd want. Whoever is making trailers these days should really have parameters ffs.

It would be quite wonderful to see a Blade 4 with Wesley Snipes returning as the titular character.

Oh.. I so hope the don't decide to give them 'attitude'. Part of the fun of the original Ghostbusters was that they were basically bumbling idiots, men who had spent their whole life in incredibly esoteric academia who really didn't know what they were doing in the real world. Somehow, I can't see Hollywood as it currently is daring to depict a group of women as bumbling idiots.

That sort of thing could be why Fox fell out with him, but it could also be the end result of falling out with him.
