We live in Surrey & I work in Surrey. Heading in to Oxford Street for work later. Sort of London, London (like going out, out)

Yes, it's a Minecraft thing... It's on the 4th and 5th July at the Excel Centre in London. Tickets sold out in a matter of minutes. If you've ever seen the episode of Big Bang Theory where they tried to get Comicon tickets, you'll have an idea of what it was like at my house lol

Minecraft? No, that's my daughter's thing, but I can't really let a 13 year old girl go to London on her own for two days. My attitude is if she's happy then I'm happy... to put up with Minecraft for a couple of days

Now if you want someone else to devote themselves to going round the stands with her while you and the wife go do something fun, that can be arranged

It's only a small opal, but it's still annoying. It's a victorian style ring so no diamond here

Thanks, you and me both re the wheelchair. I guess people don't return them enough for them to keep handing them out. As for pain meds, she's already called the GP and had stronger stuff prescribed, again I guess it's more cost effective for the hospital not to provide the 'good stuff' for free.

Hope she's over the worse of it, and makes a full and rapid recovery, Dave.

Ask your doctor if there is an OT ( Occupational Therapy ) team in the area they may well be able to lend you one, ours did when I needed one. Yeah I know the feeling coming back from Chemo on Thursday my car broke down. Deep joy. Hope she's better soon.

Thanks guys, she seems more herself today, I started work late so I could help her downstairs and get her setup with food & drink etc!
Sorted out some more tablets for her, she's still in a lot of pain but slowly it'll get better.
