Helping on one of our HE students films today.
Unpacking gear, and I spot several important things missing, and what they did have wouldn't work together.
In fact, one thing they'd been given was a box of spares for the actual bit of kit they should've been given.
All thanks to my idiot colleagues. Nearly killed the shoot. The sound will probably be a bit hit and miss...

Good chance for them to get experience as Foley Artists and redubbing in the sound studio then...

Read Dilbert - and say to your self - is this decision I am making something the Pointy Haired boss would do - if the answer is yes then you are doing it wrong

apparently my boss has been trying to isolate us from the PArtner in charge of us with lies and dissimilation to allow him to play his own game. It's malicious.

* the mystery continues*

So, when are you leaving?

Partner asked me to wait until Friday before making a decision and while he gets to the bottom of it all

£13 for a 'VIP' seat at the local cinema now!

They've adjusted all their prices and are pushing the online angle... The above will just about work out for me tomorrow cos you get a small drink and popcorn, but I'm only even doing that because it's the Avengers and I'm treating myself.

So, got get a grovelling back handed compliment from my boss. ( as he apologised, but everything is still my fault). I was considering what he said, but industry mates are advising that consulting is just sh*t and it's all lies to get me to stay.

mmm.

My parents have waited until 9pm to start taking off the old grout on the kitchen wall - when they're gonna get someone in to tile it anyway.

And it's a fcuking big kitchen :x :x :x

Grout removing is a dead quick job, just scrape between the tiles with a removal tool. Job done.
