Hooray for anti-histamines! Actually managed to get some sleep last nigh. Given the weather forecast for today with the doom smog it's probably just as well I'm taking some.

Afternoon all,
Started work at 10.30 and just managed to find time for a break. Swam again this morning, getting quite into the morning exercise routine now, ran again last night as well as the usual kickboxing lessons.
Couple more weeks of this until I check my weight again...

Evening all, I'd almost forgotten just how nice it is to spend a few days with the family, just chilling out, and now worrying about work. Two interviews sorted out for next week, and I am also looking at options for Microsoft certification. I may have to create a thread.
