Bleurgh. My back is killing me for some reason and there's a lot of phlegm kicking around as well. Bah.

Morning all,
Muscles are sore today. Swam yesterday morning, cleaned the house, then ran into town to meet the lady from work and walked back with her. Was supposed to run again this morning but didn't quite make it up in time; swimming again tomorrow.

Well that's 2 nights on the trot that this stinking cough has given me a crap nights sleep. Compounded last night by my brain getting in ont he act and insisting on thinking about stuff all the time at 100 mph.
Soooooo tired.
