Morning all, Woken up at about 04:00 by our 13 year old daughter, telling us that she could hear what sounded like "something scratching" in the boiler cupboard. Turns out it's the boiler, pissing water out. Buckets have been deployed, (after I quickly emptied the place of the accumulated junk) and the emergency engineers have been called. Apparently, the fact that it's leaked through and there is now a puddle in the kitchen, with water falling off the kitchen light isn't a "real" emergency... who knew?!
