I'm OK on Tapatalk, but using Safari on my iPad, it times out.

+3. Couldn't access this site through iphone or ipad. Laptop worked fine though (win7, ff).

If you use Safari on a Mac, go to www.x404.co.uk/forum and then set the user agent string to iOS 7 (or 8) in the Develop menu, after a long wait, you'll get a 500 internal server error saying that the server took to long. If you profile the page as it loads, you'll not see much, but there is a click event that's recorded that takes a long time to do anything (if at all). I guess to need to do this with access to the server to see what's actual,y going on.

IE is also a 500 error. Only Firefox is working at the moment, which is a pain when I am using the Surface in tablet mode, because Firefox is absolutely lousy as a mobile browser.

Tried a couple of different browsers on my iphone and still couldn't access the forum. One of them allows you to change "user agent" but this had no luck.

I found a Firefox plugin that lets you change user agents, hoping that there may be some different debug tools which may help. The error happens, but nothing more reported than what Safari does.

Hmm, wish I'd seen this before bugging the benevolent overlord. I also had issues with site access both from my phone and also my work PC (IE 8 so not the most modern). Still back now! Its good to be back
