Well that's going to be crap. The 80's remake was pretty good as far as I remember but it does not need a remake. I wouldn't mind seeing an update of Fiend Without a Face. I liked that!

I really liked the first one, thought the second was okay and though that the third one fell into the Matrix trap plot wise. The less that's said about the fourth the better. Still, with a good script this time, I'd like to see jack Sparrow again.

From the trailer it looks suspciously like he's trying to be Insector Clouseau. I can't imagine that'll go well.

It'll likely be only an introduction anyway. The idea seems to be that they're thrown together, but who knows.
