If the pic doesn't tell you everything you need to know about Transformers 4, Michael Bay would like to sell you a ticket to a sh1t movie.

Sam Raimi Admits He 'Messed Up' In 'Spider-Man 3'

The only thing that trilogy got right was JJJ. Maguire was so soppy as Parker that Spider-Man was incredulous, MJ was there just to be captured, and the villains who should be central to any superhero movie were pathetically handled.

District 9 director reveals concept images of the Alien movie he was secretly working on

Here. :) Looks like it takes place after Aliens and before Alien .

Can you imagine? Neill Blomkamp taking on an Alien sequel! If only....

The Ant-Man trailer was very underwhelming tbh.

Hahahahahahaha
I love this … either the trailer gives the whole film away and there's bitchin' an' moanin' about that, or the trailer doesn't contain enough of the film and there's bitchin' an' moanin' about that.

Hahaha

It's pretty much a teaser trailer, there's no way they won't release a fuller one :P

This. As I'm sure you're aware, I find some people's idea of what constitutes a spoiler to be ridiculous.

Who is testing for the roles of Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Storm in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE!?!
http://www.aintitcool.com/node/69979
...

RUMOR: Will BATMAN V SUPERMAN be split into two parts?? Also, when should we expect the first official teaser??
http://www.aintitcool.com/node/69973

If nothing else, Enter the Knight sounds too obvious even for Snyder and the WB clowns.
...

"I'm comin' after your boy with everything I've got. And when it's done, and it will be done, then I'll let you die." Liam Neeson + son must RUN ALL NIGHT from Ed Harris and the Irish mob in this trailer!
http://www.aintitcool.com/node/69972

Meh. Neeson's just thinking about his retirement at this point.
...

Batman to hunt King Kong in KONG: SKULL ISLAND!!!
http://www.aintitcool.com/node/69960

I'm interested in Birdman, but yeah, his Robocop role was a bad choice not that he could have really improved on it.
...

Josh Gad says a sequel to Twins is currently on hold

Bit of a risk in studio logic with all three stars not exactly being stars any more
...

LEGO Batman movie will address the happiness of the Dark Knight

He was the only truly funny part of the Lego movie.
...

Frank Marshall says there are no plans for a Matt Damon / Jeremy Renner Bourne film
http://www.gamesradar.com/frank-marshal ... urne-film/

Renner might start to need the money - his new, young wife is divorcing him with 'fraud' as the reason, and he's being linked to his male business partner by the scandal rags.

Film bosses accused of mutilating scripts and pushing out writing talent
Quote:
Howard Clewes, a leading British screenwriter, took his name off Mutiny on the Bounty, starring Marlon Brando, in 1962, because he was so dismayed by the rewrites. Today’s writers do not have that option. Writers’ Guild rules do not permit writers to take their name off a screenplay if they have been paid more than a certain amount. Studios can, in effect, buy their names.

http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015 ... ut-of-film

That last paragraph is especially worth remembering. When I was younger I never understood how scripts from writers varied in quality so much with each film. I always wince now when I see a film has had three writers, sometimes even four!
