I haven't seen an issue, but then I've only been using Opera on the company laptop since this became an issue.

It seems to be restricted to Webkit browsers on mobile devices.

Just cleared history in iOS Safari, visited the forums via a bookmark and got the same pop-up message as shown in my original post. Strangely, the close button isn't active - never seen that before in iOS Safari. Closed Safari, then opened it again and the site tries to reload, you have to be quick but you can then hit the close tab before it's disabled again by this message.

My guess is the Tapatalk plugin has been compromised or the script that detects you're using a mobile browser has - normally, it'll pop up and tell you that this forum has Tapatalk installed and would you like to use that instead of a web browser?

Interesting - earlier on, I got the redirect me Safari on my iPad crashed. A subsequent visit, and it worked fine. I could not repeat it. Just now, I tried again, and got the redirect. I wonder if this is because Safari is still in RAM. If I run enough apps to flush the RAM and try again, I wonder if I get redirected again.

Mental note. Don't install Tapatalk when I get my replacement phone next week.

The old bit of JavaScript that tapatalk uses has been removed, I'll flush the cache of the forum in the morning.

I highly suspect it's come from the security issue at tapatalk and the same thing is what has caused phpbb to close their own forums

Cache cleared, all js checked and all references only point to the valid app stores.

Seems to be running fine on my iphone but I'll test some other devices as well

I cleared all data on Chrome on Android (Galaxy S3, Cyanogenmod) and went to the site again, no nasty surprises.
But Tapatalk is still not showing any threads on WP8.1

Is the app up to date? I think an update broke something on the client devices (iOS seems & Android versions seem to have updated since then)
