Disinfecting a virus-ridden laptop with no data backup.  No anti-virus, no anti-spyware, oh and surprise, sur-fecking-prise, Limewire is installed. And they actually use it for online banking!

Tonight I ate left over sushi, had delicious fresh bread and caught up on a month's worth of facebook updates. My new PCpro landed on the door mat today. I haven't finished reading the last two or three yet, mostly because I keep forgetting to take them with me when I'm on the train.
