Just eaten some quesadillas that I made. Cheated and used a kit this time but it came out better than when I made it last time.

When I attempted to make it last time I used tesco tortillas and some salsa out of a jar. It was a sloppy mess and I don't know whether the salsa I used was too wet or whether it was down to the tortillas. Having tried a pack, it appears to be a combination of both the wrong type of tortilla and a salsa that was too "wet".

You dont have to use salsa. You can put whatever you want in them. I like mine with spinnach, feta cheese and some chicken or ham. _________________Still the official cheeky one
