Back to doing labouring today. I feel this balancing act of doing a mix of manual labour and web development might suit me rather well. I've lost about 5Lb in the last week or so, which is nice.

Morning all.
Back seems much improved today so that's good news and I'll be having a night out on the company because a colleague from the States is over at the moment and he likes to drink real ale. Marvellous!
