Morning.
Climbed Snowdon yesterday with the Mister and KW. slight swelling problem with left knee but so proud we did it!! Went along not knowing whether to expect 'famous five climb a mountain' or a Mountain Rescue helicopter but it turned out to be Frodo and Sam's trip to Mount Doom, right between the two.
Just went down to feed cats and wake birds up and LOTS of me hurts this morning. Still worth it for an amazing adventure. I expect today to be a quiet one with lots of rest and possibly ice packs!

I feel for you Zippy. I cleaned the driveway with a high pressure cleaner yesterday. It took 4 hours. Every muscle in my back and neck are telling me I did too much.
