There's a possibility of a Babylon 5 film reboot.

Terry Gilliam may FINALLY be getting to make his Don Quixote film.
(Please note the inclusion of the word may in that sentence.)

Zack Snyder Calls Radio Show To Defend Aquaman

I've little problem with the recent versions of the character, but possibly a hard sell onscreen.

Not really; he's strong, fast, can control water (to some degree), has a weapon that can cause physical harm to Superman ...
There's a lot going for that character.

No, I mean the backstory that makes him interesting and not just a brightly coloured joke like before. It's all about his family and societal responsibilities and, well, Snyder couldn't manage that with just Supes ffs. Nuance essentially brought Aquaman out of rehab in the funny books.

Well, there's no brightly coloured anything in this guys films, so I doubt that'll happen. *laugh*
I can't imagine the character will be included for anything but dramatic effect, and I suspect the appearance of the character in this film will be less about his backstory than it will about his wanting to safeguard the oceans of the planet after the devestation wreaked on them by the World Engine.

The Last of Us film Will likely differ from the game quite drastically.

That's why Marvel fleshed out their main characters beforehand, so that the Avengers didn't end up a bloody shambles. And it had SHIELD as the glue.

Fcuk, that would show their dedication to sci-fi... It would make Guardians look like a no-brainer now that we have the hindsight.

The 'cosmic' portion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe opens things up for a vast array of characters, most of which I've never heard of.
Reading various articles around the web, it all seems as though there is a cohesive plan forming.
It's not there yet, but with each film released it seems to be taking Marvel one step closer to creating a hugely dynamic all-encompassing screen universe.

Certainly seems that way. In terms of the books I prefer my superheroes to be earthbound, but if anyone could make good films out of 'space operas' it's Marvel. Even if I didn't think much of Guardians ;)
