I like the in the house in a heartbeat scene from 28 Weeks Later, that got the heart going, i imagine if i'd had had an undiagnosed heart condition then it would have revealed itself then... actually come to think of it, there are much more likely candidates for when i would have had a heart attack which i won't share with the forum :p
