A version of Scorponok already appeared in the first film. I have the original toy somewhere
One of my mates had the big BIG one (the Decepticon counterpoint to Megaplex) which is why I got excited, but subsequent googles since posting have "explained" there were a number of variants on the scorpion theme - which would explain my immense dissatisfaction with the size of one that appeared in the first film.

It could have been so much better that appearance. I've also got this

You might wanna be careful if you're trying to avoid spoilers for Star Wars VII - I'm already reading articles that have nothing to do with SW, yet mention some pretty heavy plot points, and spoiler-tag-free too

Our first look at Julianne Moore as President Alma Coin in THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY!

First look at the poster for THE GUNMAN, from the director of TAKEN and starring Sean Penn, Idris Elba, Ray Winstone, and Javier Bardem!

Such a cast, really hope it works.

I can't think of a single good 'water' movie :? :|

They could do almost anything they wanted with that character; he's pretty friggin' dull to start with.

I was thinking a bit more recent than that tbh, and Jaws might be the only one!

If that's anything to go by, it'll be three hours long and bore the tits of you - I hope I'm wrong.

I haven't seen the trailer, and I don't plan on going out of my way to view it, but judging from what you say, you are clearly looking for other things from the film than just about anyone else I know that has seen the trailer, because from those people I'm hearing nothing but good reports.

 , I haven't the first clue about it (I've avoided everything until now), but that trailer makes it look like, 'Oh, ffs, the budget's all going on the final reel, is it?'

I'm not saying the film is like that, I'm just saying it's not a great trailer.

I'm tempted to go and watch Godzilla tomorrow on cheap Tuesday, but so many reviews say the Godzilla-less scenes are boring and I've had my fill of excuses to hang CGI on.
