Amazon is currently too dear for most things I find.
If you're subscribing to the TV service anyway the quicker shipping and Kindle book rental might be useful to ya, but the way things are going with their pricing and free Kindle library*, I can't see too many taking them up on it. It's a large chunk of cash for a lot of 'unknown'; films and TV shows get pulled
all the time, you might not order as much stuff from Amazon over a year than you'd think, and reading books these days? Apart from a myriad of issues there, physical books were often why people use/used Amazon in the first place!
*It's the most random books that are included, and I don't think I ever found a section that showed what was available for you to judge whether it was worthwhile.
