Yes I saw the trailer as well. It looks like Elizabeth Olsen will have a lot of movies this year!

A sequel to JACK REACHER is on the way!

TBH I hope they pick someone else other than Cruise to play it.

Jason Momoa to potentially play ? in the upcoming BATMAN/SUPERMAN film!?!?

He'd be a good fit, but I don't think they have a clue what they're doing with that film in terms of story.

Wasn't a fan in Conan and there's only so much you can blame on the writing.

Simon Kinberg to oversee Fox’s Marvel projects (X-Men, FF)

It's come to something when you're more hopeful for a 'Four movie than a Wolverine one. I think they should just keep him within the X-Men instead of giving him his own films.

TBH I do find him the more mysterious/interesting of the X-men and The Wolverine was probably the better film. No idea what happened to an Origins film for the other characters.

Jerry Bruckheimer has returned to Paramount and Brett Ratner's BEVERLY HILLS COP IV is now on the way (again)!

Why? The first was awesome. The second was okay. The third (for me at least) was unwatchable.

Smallville ran for 10 years, I can see why they (the film-makers) didn't want to carbon-copy what one show took that amount of time to do in one film.

That show ran on for far longer than necessary. Lots of filler eps and it got boring after a while before it became interesting towards to end. Pa Kent died halfway through IIRC but the early episodes and the one with the clash between Jor-El/Pa Kent had the interesting stuff.

Agreed. Sometimes you just can't improve on the original.

No. I have to fudge what I say a lot. People don't like being told "you're fat and lazy". It's more like "if you could optimise your weight and increase your physical activity, your blood pressure would improve".

I do like Thomas Lennon's work. Reno 911 is brilliant.

Yes there must be someone who is hawking a spec script around all the studios and they decide to do their own films so no need to pay the scriptwriter.
