Still buying the models - but not much space or time recently to photograph them. The next one looks really odd compared to the rest. You’ll see why later - I plan to continue the photographing when I can.

Looked it up on the site - any colour so long as it's black, eh?

It’s odd compared to all the others. Makes you wonder what the story was.

So I've just read The Long Halloween, Dark Victory, Killing Joke and a Death in the Family. None of it was surprising or unexpected - I've pieced together enough from other sources esp cartoons. Long Halloween was more interesting as it was fairly new to me.

Just Hush left to read now.

LH is brilliant, it's not often you get a 'thriller' with Batman. Hush has a different style but is still a thriller in a sense.

Next to nothing of DV sticks in my mind, so it couldn't have been that good. DITF, my main memories are of some brutal scenes and behaviour.

I read all of them long before I'd read or watch just about anything that was Batman.

Just read Hush.

Loved the artwork. Esp that stuff with the vision. Loved the storyline. Certainly better than the Dark Knight trilogy by Nolan. Certainly the most engrossing comic I've ever read to date.

It was the first Batman comic I ever picked up, and because of the cover. I love the way certain characters are depicted like Killer Croc, even the way standard thugs get taken down.
