There's still sites that are so borked with flash and what have you that trying to open an image at full-size is like being on dial-up - complete with it appearing Catchphrase-style!

I'm surprised it's taken this long TBH. It's not like the interwebs is terribly usable on a dialup connection these days anyway.

They'll just move people to BT owned Plusnet. Dial up isn't dead yet.

It was the risk of big bills that was one of the reasons it was problematic.
