Replicant's aren't robots. Robots are entirely machine. Cyborgs are Cybernetic organisms. As for sex with robots, well, you should meet some girls I know.

I was thinking more in terms of androids and humanoid creations, though should we classify people who augment their vision with contact lenses or glasses cyborgs? Or, say, having a pacemaker?

And is fully functional. We augment our memories now with devices - phones, computers. We can happily forget stuff because it’s on a portable device. A robot would be purely mechanical - and not necessarily humanoid in shape. I am never sure if remote controlled devices are robots because there isa human controlling them, but certainly anything that is mechanical and autonomous would be a robot. An android is a humanoid robot - so Data is an android AND a robot. Ditto Bishop and Ash from the Alien franchise. A cyborg is part machine, part organic. So a Terminator T-101 is a cyborg, as is RoboCop. As a Dalek a cyborg? Possibly, though it’s always been accepted that the dalek organism is separate from the travel device, so possibly not. However, RoboCop and the Terminators (being used as examples here) are grafted together in some fashion. Steve Austin is also a cyborg (cv the book the TV series was based on). Cybermen are cyborgs - though they work towards mechanical perfection to become androids. The Borg are certainly cyborgs. So, in the real world, if you have a medical device grafted into you in for enhancement or repair. So if you have a cochlea implant for hearing - you’re a cyborg! If you have some kind of mechanical limb that takes signals from your nervous system to control that limb, then please go ahead and call yourself a cyborg on the next census.
