Yeah, I get that bit. It's the sharing with others bit that never seems to be simple to work out. Maybe it's just me. :D

Put food in microwave heat for two minutes and find it an hour later because I forgot I was heating something.

I thought you had worked out a system to avoid this issue?

In a related kitchen incident I started the Tassimo going before running back into the kitchen and rescuing half a mug of hot chocolate. Doh.

Not me but one of the new trainees.

Start of induction (two weeks ago): Before going home/out, has been told to check with senior staff and with receptionists to make sure it's okay and that there's nothing that needs doing
Earlier this week: Trainee runs off without telling anyone
Practice meeting this morning: Trainee advised to check with senior staff and reception before heading off. Reiterated we need to know in case of emergency, and to check there's nothing that needs doing. Trainee also supposed to do referral with senior partner for a patient.
Midday: Trainee runs off without telling anyone.

I need to renew my driving license photocard. I got the reminder last year but had to send off the license for an SP30 at the same time.

Today, I got round to filling in the application (mainly because I want to go on a Ferrari track day) and took time to take a self-portrait, crop it appropriately, adjust it to change the background and print it. Took me an hour or so (took ages finding the photopaper).

Fill in the application only to overstep the boundary when signing. FFS. Either I try and manipulate the signature with tippex, or go to the post office (which would negate all the work I've done).

eBay was down this morning - at least that's what PC Advisor's link title said, the rest wouldn't load.

It could be worse. You could have rubbed your eye or scratched something else lower down.
