Notes to artists and animators working on the TV show King in the Hill. A genuinely fascinating insight into how it's drawn. http://imgur.com/a/PiJLk

I wonder if that's why I find it so boring?

That would be down to the story not the drawing.

I have tried to watch it. At one point, there would be Family Guy, South Park and then King of the Hill and the latter was sooo boring in comparison. I thought they tried to make it too realistic.

You probably watched them the wrong way round. King of the Hill is pre Family Guy and very different to South Park. Very dry humour and very funny but probably too mature for you

I liked King of the Hill, and I liked the animation. These cheat sheets tell me that there was a lot more attention to detail than the slapstick antics of other cartoons.

I only recently discovered the voice acting for Bobby Hill is provided by Charlie Runckle's wife, Marcy, in Californication. AKA Pamela Adlon.
