Dessert on the other hand just seems wrong. Until 10am.

You've never had breakfast trifle? You've never lived. Boxing Day morning it's a necessity!

No - Boxing day is Christmas Pudding fried in Bacon fat

And I have had curry and fried rice for breakfast when working in India / China

For boxing day breakfast consists of whatever mince pies are available.

Well I will admit that I prefer traditional breakfast food, but will eat something if it needs to be eaten soon or thrown away.

The horror of having tiramisu or ice-cream for breakfast. The only reason I'm saying this is because I'm doing a powerpoint tutorial on diabetes for the trainees. I suspect if I hadn't, it would seem like a good idea to try Ben and Jerry's for brekkie tomorrow.

Health issues aside with the hot weather ice cream looks increasingly an attractive option right now.
