Er.. quite expensive I think. Couple of hundred quid or so. Proper 'can' headphones, not in-ear jobs. The winners were... zip? zik? something like that. Had a lot of smartphone integration.

I'll stick with my rather good if rather large Sony gaming set then (that's a more descriptive name than what Sony gave them  ).

These ones. 250 quid to you sir.

Unless you're listening to a lot of music in a very noisy environment, seems a bit of a luxury.

Cheers for that! They seem rather good, but the reviews are rightly mixed going by people's experiences with quality. I'll stick with what I know and own for now!

Um. They tested some noise cancelling headphones and some action cams. Polly had a ride in a car that turned into a paraglider, quite interesting although I think a bit of a dead end. Jason was embarrassing.

Jason is becoming a cartoon of himself. He needs to pull it back - I reckon the other three could carry the show without him, TBH.

Is Jason the tool in the white specs with a thing for hovis caps? He looks like a prize tw@t.

He was called out on being nobbled by a programme sponsor earlier this year. All of a sudden, he started tweeting about how rubbish his iPhone was, and how poor the battery was. This was odd for him because generally he’d be fairly critical about stuff, but this seemed to go beyond what you’d normally expect from him. I wasn’t watching TGS then, but from what I could gather the sponsors of the show was Microsoft - possibly the phone arm of the company. Anyway, he started being a bit defensive about it. People were basically asking him if the iPhone bashing was in any way related to the programme’s sponsors.

He seems to have shut up about that now, and just bangs on about his music making efforts. That said, he’s been generally quiet of late - even during last night’s broadcast.

My iPhone battery does not seem to last that long but then if out and about I have location services on and occasionally tether it to my iPad and that drains battery life. The screen is worst of all. Though it all might be down to how I use it. Though the windows phone does actually look quite good, but might be too late to save Nokia and Microsoft.

Beauty and the beast... I did laugh at the recent episode of The Fall when the serial killer said cats are evil
