Nah man, trying to keep the eating of chocolate bars and other snack-like items down at a minimum while I'm in work. (8+)

Mark

I forgot you are on nights at the moment.

Hot porridge.

Coldest day of the year so far, draughty windows and no central heating.

99% of the time I eat oats it is with cold milk.

I've always eaten porridge hot. My mother would cook the porridge in some butter and slowly add the milk and bring to a boil.

I always eat my porridge hot, it is only a few minutes in the microwave. Only decision is honey or golden syrup?

Back in the days when I used to lift, I ate porridge daily. I would vary it by adding a sprinkling of cinnamon, or sometimes that apple pie filling you could get in a jar, or sometimes just some berries.

I must try berries. I have some blueberries available.
