'Girl had never been on a date before she went out on a date with anybody'.
Staggering journalism there.

Well it got her face on the gossip sites. I didn't have a clue who she was before. I'll sleep well tonight.

Something which the guy on the geek.tv link wasn't impressed by.

No spoilers. All I will say is that was possibly the best Smith episode. Ever. Can't wait until tomorrow to watch it again and I don't think I've ever said that before.

Good gravy. That was an ending. All I’ll say is that the reveal at the end will show you the best Doctor we never had.

The bastards! I overall enjoyed the episode. A few minor niggles but what an ending... how to make you wish a few months away and hope to god they dont screw up on what is to come in the anniversary show. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2

Um. was I the only one who thought all the ghostly figures running around in the background felt very 'am dram'? And why is the inside of the Doctor's head such a toilet?
Plus when the Mysterious Final Reveal was stood with his back to the camera, I thought for a moment he looked like Daniel Craig. Frankly, I think it'd be a much better choice to have Craig as some universe-destroying Judas figure than who it actually turned out to be.

An interesting little clip of backstory that never made the episode The Name of The Doctor concerning the Whispermen and Clarance. Mark

Well that’s just [LIFTED] disturbing. No wonder they left it out - they’d get complaints.

I know. I wasn't surprised it was left out of the episode after watching it either. Mark

Mind you, classic Who stories were pretty intense at times and the BBC would regularly get complaints that it was too scary. They have held back a few times. For example, in The Empty Child, when Richard Wilson's character morphed into a gas mask creature, they originally had bone crunching sound effects, but decided that it was a bit too much. In a Classic Davison episode, a cyberman breaks a characters arm - you got sound and blood on that episode - and the BBC got a lot of complaints. Who needs to be a tad more disturbing IMO. That or they reboot Quatermass and do what they really want to.
