Okay so now that I've finally given PCPro the shove, where do I go to for Tech news?

I kind of like ZDNet but what else is out there?

Aside from the "thing with the forums" is there anything wrong with the PC Pro news section? I haven't been there for a while but is it not working any more?

No I just found myself getting less enamoured with them as their reporting seemed to be getting sloppier.

Truth be told for a while now I've wanted an excuse to leave.

I like the register, mostly because it's not too serious. They always include a few jokes which livens it up a bit. :)

Although many of the reports are opinionated bollocks. That goes for most papers though, and quite a few of my comments...

I'd personally never visited this one before, though I knew of it, and it seems quite good:

The Register is what people read at work, so I've gotten used to checking it once or twice a day.
Other than that, the BBC tech news site, it doesn't cover everything, but it tends to report only news, so no rumours...
