Jack Reacher sequel unlikely to happen

http://www.totalfilm.com/news/jack-reac ... -to-happen

It's hardly a flop, but the general consensus seems to be 'average at best' :|

My fiance and I are both big Reacher fans, we both looked at the trailer and went, "I don't want to watch that, that isn't Reacher."

It might lead to a slew of prison films. John McClane breaking out of prison in Die Hard 6 Execution Row.

Russell Crowe talks Man Of Steel

So long as we haven't too much of the navel-gazing, didn't work out too well last time :(

The Ten Best (and Five Worst) Arnold Schwarzenegger Movies, according to Crave Online:

The ten best:

1. Terminator 2: Judgment Day (dir. James Cameron, 1991)
2. Total Recall (dir. Paul Verhoeven, 1990)
3. Predator (dir. John McTiernan, 1987)
4. Pumping Iron (dirs. George Butler & Robert Fiore, 1977)
5. Conan the Barbarian (dir. John Milius, 1982)
6. The Terminator (dir. James Cameron, 1984)
7. Commando (dir. Mark L. Lester, 1985)
8. Kindergarten Cop (dir. Ivan Reitman, 1990)
9. True Lies (dir. James Cameron, 1994)
10. The Running Man (dir. Paul Michael Glaser, 1987)

The five worst:

1. Junior (dir. Ivan Reitman, 1994)
2. Hercules in New York (dir. Arthur Allan Seidelman, 1969)
3. Batman & Robin (dir. Joel Schumacher, 1997)
4. End of Days (dir. Peter Hyams, 1999)
5. Raw Deal (dir. John Irvin, 1986)

I'd pretty much agree with that (though I haven't seen all of them), but I might just move Predator from 3rd to 1st....maybe. And I'd insert Red Heat into the top 10.

True Lies is very under rated, but so is Raw Deal. I think the one with him playing a Moscow cop film with james Belushi is worse.

Well, it depends how much you value a good tango scene.

Well, that's the thing with modern cinema. Too much singing and not enough tango.

And Cash.

I actually like Kindergarten Cop. Would never buy it on dvd and wouldn't go out of my way to watch it but if it's on and there's nothing else worth watching, I switch the TV over to watch it.
