I have very wide feet, bordering on snow shoes, so only managed with US trainers. UK ones were never wide enough and so burst within weeks.

I hear the tactile bump on Browns is very slight - and feels like a gritty red. It might be worthwhile grabbing some MX Clears and swapping them out. I've just been reading about them - the spring stiffens beyond the actuation bump. The O rings make a huge difference on that front. My board is much quieter.

It's alright now that I've gotten used to it, I do find I double tap some keys sometimes when trying to touch type though which a brown/blue should help stop, but it seems cheaper to buy a new keyboard instead of switching them out!

I usually buy Llyod shoes, relatively expensive, but very comfortable. They also do large sizes. I'm lucky their factory and outlet store just north of here.
Apart from going to the gym, I don't really wear trainers these days, they all seem so uncomfortable.

Short of the weather we've had recently*, I always wear trainers. With a house full of morons, I have to put them on justto walk into the bathroom * There's barely a flat bit of path in this part of Belfast so giant puddles everywhere

Much of the UK is the same for the exact same reason. No need to resort to terrorism as an excuse.

Bought a decal for the Kindle Paperwhite - it's a cheap wonder and I should have trimmed a bit off the top, but it's a fcuksight better than the icky, 'fingerprint magnet' rubber that Amazon chose this time around. I'm guessing black was chosen to make the screen stand out, but it really should have been closer to the previous Kindle in terms of texture.

AVM Fritz!BOX 7390 - combined DEC base station and VDSL router. Fast setup (the old Netgear was yawn inducingly slow at saving configurations and swapping between pages).
It replaces my Netgear 802.11n router and Siemens ISDN telephone exchange/ DECT base station/answering machine. So, it saves a bit on electricity as well.
I also bought the top of the range Fritz!FON handset to go with it, which is also very nice. Well made and automatically downloads the telephone book from the router.
The two older Siemens Gigaset handsets are also connected to the Fritz!BOX.
My telephone line has been switched from 3mbps copper to 35mbps fibre (delivering 38mbps at the moment, although I could pay extra for 50).
