Nobody's forcing you to eat too much. (8+\ It's the expectation that somehow you're deficient if you aren't full of joy and happiness at Christmas that I don't understand. I'm miserable for the rest of the year, why should now be any different? (8+) Mark

It'd be rude to refuse food. I'm always down at Xmas but i think it's due to spending too much time with family.
