Seems a bit stupid that they would just press a button and boom it's available world-wide. Imagine how many people will be trying to download it. I'm surprised it's not already available here, while the yanks are sleeping and wasn't available in Asia before now while we were sleeping.  _________________

I'm guessing people would try and get it from other regions if it wasn't released at one time. It also adds to the excitement & frenzy (getting in first before the server crashes)

Given the screen size, a landscape keyboard takes up more space and you can't see what you're writing... I can get pretty quick if I'm tapping emails all day on my iPod Touch in portrait view, the landscape is too wide.
