I'm resigned to the fact that I'll never be able to get Channel 4 on my Freeview box.
Today is a clear, calm day so I tried searching for channels again, and no Ch4 (among many others).
Before the analogue TV signals over here were completely cut off, I could get it, and Ch5 and Viva (always good for South Park) and Film4 and a whole bunch of others, but now the signal is off, none of these channels are available to me.
I'm so glad I went for the box that couldn't record, because I'd've wasted my money if I had, at least this way it's less money wasted.

Any way of boosting the signal somehow? Maplin don't mind if you take stuff back ;)

Sounds like you're missing a multiplex.

Either you need a booster or the aerial needs moving.

I was all ready to go out and get a booster when I realised I hadn't done a factory reset on it, so I went all hardcore on it did just that.
After the reset it gave me all the channels it should've given me in the fist place.
I'm not happy that it took a full-on reset to get the channels back, but at least I have them now and can continue watching the TV.
Cheers guys.

South Park, season 6 episode 15, The Biggest Douche in the Universe, it has me genuinely laughing out loud.

I remember the first time I saw South Park The Movie (at the cinema). I was crying with laughter so hard I was struggling to breath.
It's a pity it's not as funny th esecond time round, you know what's coming.

Love this headline "BBC's more sleazy uncle than Aunty after Savile".

I saw a headline that the public have lost trust in the BBC. Have they really? I do not blame the BBC just individuals for their failure to act.

She's very good, saw her in Sunderland for her 'home' show

She did drop the C bomb a bit though, made the old biddies behind go quiet very quickly :D

After 2 weeks, countless emails and attempts to escalate my complaint to a director/area manager I've finally been offered a reasonable amount for the new wheel nuts and brace I've had to buy for the gf's car after a fitting garage screwed up fitting the new wheels
