No. No it's not.

Dude, it basically is. In this country, here's how it goes. Christmas is (or at least can be) a vague distraction from the [LIFTED] weather outside.
Then you're skint.
Then it's BST
Then the weather's generally ok in some parts for a month or two, if a little cool.
Then the kids are off and all hell breaks loose with traffic/work/the weather/people taking holiday etc.
Then it's September, which is usually alright.
Then it's cold and wet again, so Christmas is the only vaguely interesting thing going on.

The quicker Christmas gets here, the quicker I won't be here, and instead of [LIFTED] weather - I'll have rideable weather ;)

FWIW i hate the taste of pepsi. Coke is "softer" less fizzy and more delicious. I find Pepsi horrible but still drinkable. Diet coke is foul And I refuse to drink it.

Pepsi is the only cola other than coke that I can even contemplate drinking.

But it's not the real thing.

Sainsbury's Classic Cola is nice. But all other home brands seem to be vile.

I recall one cheapo brand of lemonade tasting like washing up liquid - it just had this slight tinge of soapiness to the taste.

Now I'm clearly not much of a Sprite drinker, but I had some recently and it actually seems to have gotten worse. It was like drinking tonic water.

I've not tried it for a while but I've always loved it. Again, compared to 7-Up, I find sprite less fizzy more tasty and sweeter.

Cream soda?

I actually tell a lie, I thought virgin cola was a good effort. Still wouldn't buy it. Coke is it.

Yeah, I like sprite. Better than most lemonades. My favourite lemonade was tesco premium, but they seem to have stopped making it. The closest is waitrose own, but it's not quite as good. The secret ingredient in both seems to be 2% Andalusian lemons, but I preferred tesco's implementation which is rare.

Seriously?
I used to try an avoid Virgin trains because they only sold Virgin cola. It's nasty stuff!

It was the nicest cola available, when it actually was available.

yeah, I thought it was a better effort than Pepsi. Not as nice tasting, but the closest I've ever tasted to The Real Thing.

I have never ever bought cola on a train. Seriously - I go Virgin by choice because of the superior ride, not because of the refreshments!

Were these particularly long journeys or something?

I think I drank Virgin cola once. It was in one of those mini-sized cans. Didn't think much of it at the time. Never tried it since.

ION I just popped down to the kitchen to grab a snack and spotted a slug. Poured some salt onto it (a few handfuls). Let's see what's left in the morning. I was originally going to make a circle to trap it but I couldn't be arsed.
